2 years in similar fleet administrator role preferred
Background of working with large and varied fleet preferred

Good level  in English & Arabic (written & Spoken)
Proficient in MS office.
 

Description

To provide administrative support to vehicles and special equipment section and provide support for 24/7 serviceability  and availability of all light and heavy vehicles and  mobile equipment .
 

Responsibilities

1.Ensure the effective implementation of procedures for usage of OAMC owned and hired cars.
2.Ensure that all vehicles are serviced on time
3.Coordinate  with internal and external providers as required.
4.Ensure that the registration and insurance of all vehicles is maintained up to date at all times.
5.Administer the issue of  OAMC fuel  cards and security passes for all vehicles used by OAMC
6.Make  transport arrangements for events/ promotions sponsored by OAMC 
7.Maintain  a daily log book for usage of OAMC  equipments and pool vehicles
8.Manager office work such as, staff leave,Fuel bills, Car rental invoices, time keeping of overtime works etc.
9.Liaise with aviation ADP/AVP officer for the AVP’s and AVP’s required for Technical Services Department .
